Return policy
Cancelation
We accept the cancellation of order before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept products from products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your article must be unused and in the same state as when you have received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we ask you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Remarks
Personalized or order items do not benefit from the right to reimbursement within 14 days.
If the return is at the initiative of the consumer, the latter must cover the shipping costs. The specific costs will be based on the transport company you choose.
If, for reasons which are attributable to us, the products received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer will not be required to pay the return costs.
No restocking fees will be applied to the consumer for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a reception notification email. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your reimbursement. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a few days.
Missing delays or reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, start by checking your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially registered. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is made. If after all these steps, you have still not received your refund, please contact us at contact@keitheurope.com.

Costs in case of non-delivery
In the event of non-delivery due to an erroneous address or to an unauthorized package within the time limit imparted by the carrier, the transport costs will not be reimbursed. In addition, an amount of € 10 processing fees will be applied to cover the management and return costs of the package. We recommend that you carefully check the delivery address before finalizing the order and monitoring your shipping monitoring to avoid any inconvenience.
