General conditions of sale (GTC)
- Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern contractual relations between KYcy Industrial Co., LTD, Located at the address 253-261 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase via the Keitheurope.com website. By placing an order on our site, the Customer accepts these CGVs without reservation.
- Products
The products offered for sale are those on the website at the time of consultation. They are described with the greatest accuracy possible, but can be subject to variations. The seller cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions.
- Price
The prices of the products are indicated in Euro, all taxes included (TTC) unless otherwise indicated. The delivery costs, if applicable, will be added to the total order before validation of payment.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, these modifications will not apply to already validated controls.
- Order
The customer can place an order on the site by following the instructions and validating his basket. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
Once the order is validated, the Customer will receive a confirmation by email indicating the details of the order. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
- Payment
Payment of products is made directly on the site via the payment means offered (bank cards, PayPal, etc.). The Customer guarantees that it has the necessary permissions to use the chosen payment method.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a payment problem or suspicion of fraud.
- Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destinations and logistical conditions.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems linked to external events (strikes, climatic conditions, etc.).
- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons. The products must be returned to their original, complete and unused state.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product delivered is defective or not in accordance with the order.
- Guarantee
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.
- Responsibility
The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or unpredictable damage resulting from the use of products. The seller's responsibility is limited to the amount of the order.
- Protection of personal data
The seller undertakes to comply with the confidentiality of customer personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The information collected is necessary for the management of orders and is not shared with third parties, except in the context of the services necessary for the execution of the order (carriers, etc.).
- Disputes
These GTCs are subject to Hong Kong law. In the event of a dispute, the customer can contact customer service to try to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the competent court will be that of Hong Kong.
