General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
- Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between Kycy Industrial Co., Ltd , located at 253-261 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase via the website keitheurope.com. By placing an order on our site, the Customer accepts these GTC without reservation.
- Products
The products offered for sale are those that appear on the website at the time of consultation. They are described with the greatest possible accuracy, but may be subject to variations. The Seller cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the descriptions of the products.
- Price
Product prices are indicated in Euro, all taxes included (TTC) unless otherwise indicated. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be added to the order total before payment is validated.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, these modifications will not apply to orders already validated.
- Order
The Customer can place an order on the site by following the instructions and validating their basket. Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

- Payment

- Responsibility
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect or unforeseeable damage resulting from the use of the products. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Hong Kong law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact customer service to try to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of Hong Kong.
