Return policy
Cancelation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Remarks
Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The specific costs will be based on the shipping company you choose.
If, for reasons attributable to us, the products received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer will not be required to pay the return costs.
No restocking fees will be applied to the consumer for the return of a product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
