Returns

You have 15 days after receipt to request a return. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of defective product or error on our part.

For returns from Europe we can provide a returns label. For returns outside Europe, return shipping must be organized by the customer.

We do not offer direct exchange: after receipt and validation of the return, the amount of the product is refunded to the original payment method. You can then place a new order if you want another reference.

3 year manufacturer warranty

KEITH products benefit from a 3-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing or material defects observed during normal use.

The warranty covers in particular

• defects linked to the manufacturing of the product

• functional defects appearing under normal conditions of use
  
• parts presenting an abnormal failure not linked to classic wear
  

In the event of a problem, our team may request photos or videos of the product in order to assess the situation and propose the most suitable solution.

How to maintain titanium

Titanium requires very little maintenance

• hand wash with warm water, dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge
  
• dishwasher safe unless otherwise specified specific to the product
  
• avoid metal sponges and very abrasive products to preserve the appearance of the surface
  
• color variations may appear after use, this phenomenon is normal for titanium and does not affect its performance
