Returns

You have 15 days after receipt To request a return, the product must be... unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.

For returns from Europe, we can provide a return label. For returns outside Europe, the return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

We do not offer direct exchanges: after receiving and validating the return, The amount of the product is refunded to the original payment method.You can then place a new order if you would like a different item.

3-year manufacturer's warranty

KEITH products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing or material defects found under normal use.

The warranty covers, in particular

• defects related to the manufacturing of the product
  
• material or assembly problems
  
• functional defects appearing under normal conditions of use
  
• parts exhibiting abnormal failure unrelated to normal wear and tear
  

In case of a problem, our team may request photos or videos of the product in order to assess the situation and propose the most appropriate solution.

This commercial warranty applies without prejudice to applicable legal warranties.

How to care for titanium

Titanium requires very little maintenance

• Hand wash with warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge
  
• Dishwasher safe unless otherwise specified for the product
  
• Avoid metal sponges and highly abrasive products to preserve the surface appearance.
  
• Color variations may appear after use; this is normal for titanium and does not affect its performance.
